Ingredients:

potatoes

1 onion

1 red pepper

2 - 4 eggs

La Chinata Netasa - Paprika powder smoked, "Sweet" 70 g

Virgin olive oil and vinegar

Preparation:

Cut peeled potatoes into thin slices. Roughly chop onions. Cut peppers into strips.

Fry onions in a pan with olive oil over medium heat until glassy.

Add potatoes and paprika and roast well for about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and place in a bowl. Leave excess fat in the pan.
