A carving set from the House of Forge de Laguiole.
The set was made by hand in Laguiole.
The handles are made of juniper wood.
The set consists of a roasting knife and a fork.

"Forge de Laguiole was founded in 1987. The design of the building was taken over by Phillippe Starck, whose vision was to combine glass with aluminum with a 60 foot
big blade stretching into the sky.
At the Forge de Laguiole all knives are made by hand. "
